Setting

Ristorante Il Brigante is part of the big Il Sapito farmhouse (105 hectares) and it is located in the middle of the estate, between the two holiday farmhouses Bosco Lazzeroni and Il Sapito. This special setting has its own exclusive access and a big private car park very easy to reach walking from the apartments. The beauty of the surrounding woods and the perfect balancing between architecture and environment make our facility the ideal place to celebrate exclusive and unique moments.

 

The spaces

Il Brigante has a maximum of 270 seats. A wide glass wall separates the modern and perfectly equipped kitchen from the rest. This is intended for big events, and on the exterior there is a wood-burning oven for bread and pizza and a big grill. The inner part of the place can be divided into two separate rooms, a very big room for 210 people and a smaller one for 50/60 people. The interior is all decorated in green and yellow shades and the huge glass walls show the surrounding Mediterranean wood. A big Pietra Serena fireplace and a piano give charm to the setting . The precious tableware in white porcelain, together with crystal glasses, candelabra and silver trays embellish this peculiar setting.

 

The cusine

The "Brigante" cooking is home-made, and  through the experience gained over the years in the organization of weddings and special events, it has considerably evolved to blend tradition and innovation. The quality and the variety and flavors in the appetizers,  first and second courses are remarkable. Furthermore, even though we often host many restaurant guests at once, we can serve them in a timely, professional manner.

 

Products

We can safely say that many of our ingredients are locally produced onsite, from farm to table. We have a vegetable garden next to the restaurant, a "Cinta Senese" pig farm where the meats offered to our guests are produced and an excellent wine that comes from the surrounding vineyards. The remaining products are purchased in Tuscany and carefully chosen following the rules of quality and freshness.

 

Private events

Il Brigante Restaurant is the ideal setting for unforgettable moments. The restaurant is adequately equipped to organize events such as weddings, communions, baptisms, birthdays and business dinners for 50 to 250 people, both buffet and dinner or lunch, both outdoors and inside our premises.
