Wine

All the wines produced by this Podere come from organic-grown vineyards. The range is made of only two wines: Il Brigante (red) and L' Eremita (white). Those wine's names recall historical characters who lived in the woods surrounding those vineyards, that is to say the Crippled gang and San Vivaldo, a hermit coming from San Gimignano. Both red and white fruit wines have special flavours because of the elevation, of the peculiar ground and the special environment conditions

Wine

This farm produces three different kinds of Morellino di Scansano DOCG: the basic, Crv and Riserva, all preserving the special flavour of Morellino. Those hard and peculiar lands give very complex wines and this is mainly because of the Sangiovese, as the DOCG procedural guidelines state.
The presence of a small part of Ciliegiolo and Alicante gives a peculiar taste to these wines.
